Services
Everything a heavy-haul dispatch office needs, in the order a load actually moves through it.
Dispatch
Create, assign and track loads from a single board. Assignment is checked automatically against compliance: a truck, trailer or driver with an expired document cannot be assigned to a load. And if that resource is already on another load whose window overlaps this one, you are told before assigning, with the other load number.
- Load board with real-time status from dispatched to delivered
- Automatic compliance gates before any resource assignment
- Dispatcher commission tracked without touching the carrier's settlement
Carrier onboarding & compliance
A structured intake: certificate of authority, certificate of insurance and a signed carrier agreement are required; the W-9 and notice of assignment are stored when they apply. If the dispatch company has FMCSA access configured, authority is checked at signup and re-verified on the schedule it sets.
- Guided document collection with expiration tracking
- FMCSA authority verification, not a one-time check
- A written reason and an audit trail to reject, suspend, request corrections or override the FMCSA check
Document management
A certificate of insurance, registration, licence or medical card can carry an expiry date, and the system watches the ones that do. The warning goes out with the lead time each dispatch company sets, 30 days by default: better than a load stopped at a scale house.
- Centralized documents for carriers, equipment and drivers
- Configurable expiration warning window
- Signed, short-lived download links, not open file shares
Invoicing & settlements
Customer invoices and carrier settlements are computed from the same underlying numbers, in integer cents, with every input preserved as an immutable snapshot — so a dispute doesn't turn into a spreadsheet archaeology project.
- Only approved expenses affect the math
- Permits and escorts excluded from commission by default
- A monotonically versioned snapshot for every settlement
Tracking
Status updates from pickup to delivery, with a secure link the customer can open without creating an account.
- Live status shared with dispatcher, carrier and customer
- Secure, expiring public tracking links
- A single source of truth instead of a status phone call
Permits & escorts
Route-specific requirements evaluated against your load's dimensions and weight and each state's baseline rules — with a clear line between what the system tells you and what only a permit can authorize.
- Oversize evaluation before dispatch, on loads flagged as oversize
- Permit and escort status tracked next to the load
- A load flagged as oversize cannot dispatch with an unapproved permit or an unconfirmed escort
