Getting a quote and watching your freight move shouldn't require an account.
How quoting works
Send us the commodity, dimensions, weight, origin and destination, and a ready date. If anything about the load suggests it is oversize, tell us — we will take that into account when pricing it, and evaluate permits and escorts in the system as soon as the load exists.
How tracking works
Once your load is dispatched, you get a secure link by email — not a username and password. Open it anytime to see status from pickup to delivery.
In this release, customers track shipments through that secure link rather than a full account. A customer portal is on our roadmap.
