About Goliath Dispatch

Built by people who have run dispatch boards, not just software teams.

Why we built this

We kept seeing the same failure mode at dispatch companies: a carrier's insurance lapses, nobody notices for two weeks, and it surfaces at the worst possible moment — during a claim. Compliance gates, immutable settlements, and permits and escorts tracked next to the load itself exist because we needed them ourselves, not because they made a good pitch deck.

What we hold ourselves to

Operational honesty

A load that shouldn't move doesn't move. That's not a feature toggle — it's the default, with a written reason required for every override.

Bilingual by default

Spanish isn't a translation layer bolted onto an English product. Dispatchers, carriers and drivers who work in Spanish get the same system, not a lesser one.

Auditable financials

Every settlement is worked out in whole cents and kept as a permanent snapshot that cannot be edited or deleted. A rate change next quarter does not rewrite last month’s figures.
