For carriers

Getting active takes one submission and a short review — not a folder of emails.

What onboarding asks for

Certificate of Authority

A person at the dispatch company reviews it. Separately, if that company has FMCSA access configured, your authority is checked against the DOT and MC numbers you provide.

Certificate of Insurance

Naming the required coverage and limits, with your equipment's VIN listed on the policy.

W-9

A completed W-9 for tax reporting.

Notice of Assignment

Only required if you factor your invoices — it tells us to pay your factor directly, without slowing down your onboarding.

How verification works

Your FMCSA authority is checked against the DOT/MC you provide and re-verified automatically for as long as you're active, not just once at signup — the dispatch company you work with sets how often. Your equipment's VIN is matched against your Certificate of Insurance before it can be assigned to a load, and every truck and trailer needs at least four photos before it goes active.

How settlements work

Your settlement is your gross rate plus approved reimbursable expenses, minus the dispatch fee and any approved deductions — computed the same way on every load and recorded as a permanent snapshot, so what you were paid on a load last quarter is exactly what the record still shows today.
