Built for heavy-haul dispatch
Run your dispatch operation the way it actually works.
Goliath Dispatch is the system of record for US transportation dispatch companies: carrier onboarding and compliance, load dispatch, tracking, permits and escorts, and settlements — bilingual from the first screen.
Why dispatch companies switch
One system, not five spreadsheets
Dispatch, carrier compliance, documents, invoicing and tracking live in one place instead of a spreadsheet, a shared drive and a phone full of texts.
Compliance gates that actually block a bad dispatch
Driver credentials, equipment photos and the carrier’s required documents are checked automatically before a load can be assigned — not caught after the fact. The COI-to-VIN match is confirmed by a person, and recorded with their name and the date.
Financials that don't get rewritten
Every settlement is computed in integer cents and saved as a permanent snapshot. When a fee percentage changes next quarter, last month's math doesn't change with it.
Bilingual from the ground up
English and Spanish are both first-class, not a translated afterthought — because your dispatchers, carriers and drivers already work in both.
Heavy-haul and oversize, without the guesswork
When your team flags a load as oversize, permit and escort requirements are evaluated against its dimensions, weight and the states of its stops, starting from a federal baseline rule each dispatch company tunes per state. It is operational guidance to plan around — not a substitute for the permit itself.

- 1
Carrier onboards
Legal name, DOT/MC, Certificate of Insurance, W-9 and, if factoring applies, a Notice of Assignment — submitted once.
- 2
Equipment verified
At least four equipment photos are required, and a person confirms the unit’s VIN matches the one on the certificate of insurance. Registration and inspection, where a date is on file, must be current before any assignment.
- 3
Load dispatched
Compliance gates run automatically at every status change. A load with an expired carrier document, or an unapproved permit or unconfirmed escort, cannot dispatch.
- 4
Tracked
The carrier and the customer both see live status. The customer gets a secure link — not another login to manage.
- 5
Settled
Dispatch fee, reimbursables and deductions computed the same way every time, recorded as an immutable snapshot.
